находим ссылку

меняем на
{USERS_DETAILS_ID|cot_url('sbr', 'm=add&uid=$this')}
сохраняемся. проверяем. можно проверить на демке.
эта ошибка может повторяться везде где есть кнопка к инициации сделки, поэтому в ссылке одинарную кавычку перед $this выносим в конец.
если у вас в ссылке ='$this то меняем на =$this'
